I created a new sub-theme and it seems to be working fine except for one thing. I cannot remove extra slides on the custom homepage section in the appearance admin area. I could remove slides just fine when there was not a sub theme installed. I followed the directions from the Youtube video this site recommended in another thread. I have implemented only the very basic sub-theme as to avoid anything that would conflict, meaning just the .info file and a logo. I assume it is a problem with sub-themes and the front page manager. Are there any suggestions as to what could be causing this?
