Authenticated user creating lessons

I am trying to allow users to create their own lessons which can then be added to a course by someone with the appropriate permissions. I can create a lesson as an authenticated user but then can't add any questions/slides to the lesson, the option exists to add a slide but it doesn't appear in the lesson after saving. The slide appears in the main content list and if I add a slide as an administrator it appears in the lesson and the user that created the lesson can reorder the slides. I can't find any permission preventing this, any ideas?

Hi

Hi

I'm not sure to understand you question.

Do you want to prevent users from reordering slides?

Or, on the contrary, do you want to allow authenticated users to add slides inside a lesson ?

Best regards,

Hi Thanks for the reply, yes

Hi Thanks for the reply, yes I want authenticated users to add slides to a lesson, like I said they can create the lesson just can't add slides after that And the other strange thing is the "Browse for questions to add" has disappeared so I can't even add the slide after it has been created. I have done a new test installation and "Browse for questions to add" is there so I'm not sure why that has disappeared

Ok, so I figured it out, it

Ok, so I figured it out, it only happens when selecting Theory as the lesson type. With Theory selected the authenticated user can create a slide but it doesn't add it to the lesson, when selecting Quiz or Mix as the lesson type they can add add a slide (or any other question type they have the correct permissions for) and it adds it to the lesson. This is also what was causing the "Browse for Questions to Add" to disappear. To confirm if selecting Theory as the Lesson Type an authenticated user CAN NOT add slides to the lesson and the "Browse for Questions to Add" is not invisible to any account type.
