We are looking to select the primary method for presenting content and asking users review questions. The H5P Course Presentation (https://h5p.org/presentation) is great, but the learner answers to questions are not saved in the results. Only the score or points they received. Is anyone else seeing this behavior as well or is there a way to get those answers from the H5P questions?

You're right, the answers are not stored for course presentation. They are stored for several H5P question types (for example the Question set) but not for the course presentation.
This would require an additional development to have them stored for the Course Presentation.
