Administrator role overrides edit access of H5p questions for users with manager role

H5p questions created by the administrator role can not be edited by users with the course manager role as well as any H5P questions created by the manager role and later edited by the administrator role (ie. changing the title) removes the Edit (link) permission. I checked the OG NODE - COURSE - MANAGER PERMISSIONS for all "Interactive content content" items (which i understand relates to H5P questions) are ticked. I suspect Opigno 1.x does not actually use those OG role permissions. Is Opigno hardcoded / overriding the permission for that manager role? If so where? I want to make sure that the manager role maintains full edit access.
