Admin right problem for people with content manager rights

Hello we are experienceing something wrong on our Opigno where when we want to manage a link between two courses for example we need admin right for this. What is happening is you click on the arrow link you want to manage and the page become white end the lightbox don't appear. Looking at Drupal Report we have this access denied warning message with : Path: /group/ContentTypeCourse/14/get-activities-required. Drupal\Core\Http\Exception\CacheableAccessDeniedHttpException: The 'access administration pages' permission is required. in Drupal\Core\Routing\AccessAwareRouter->checkAccess() (line 117 of /var/www/vhosts/asper-tech.fr/prod-d8.asper-tech.fr/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/AccessAwareRouter.php). I tried to check all rights but I saw nothing for this. Can you help us please? Thanks in advance.
