Hello and happy new year! We have a problem with adding users: the status is 'blocked'. If we try to make them active, we see: Organization not valid Warning message The user will be blocked. Try again by unblocking this user. Hi gillian,

This is because you have the collaborative features enabled but your plan has expired.

Hi James. Thanks so much for the prompt reply. Do we disable the collaborative features by unticking in Permissions? Or...?

2 options:

2 options: 1-> Remove from the Opigno Features roles feature the dependency for the opigno moxtra app module in the info file and then disable the opigno moxtra app module.2-> Enable the devel module and execute the following php:variable_set('opigno_moxtra_app_org_id', NULL); Best regards

In the file /profiles/opigno_lms/modules/features/opigno_features_roles/opigno_features_roles.info remove the line:

dependencies[] = opigno_moxtra_appSave the file and clear the site cache.Go to the modules page.Disable the module Opigno Live Meetings.Disable the module Opigno Collaborative WorkspacesDisable the module Opigno Moxtra app Best regards
