Access Denied

Fresh install of Opigno with no content installed yet, still configuring the system. When you bring up the main page all users get a "You are not authorized to access this page" message with no option to log in. There are no links or anything just a theme page with "You are not authorized to access this page". I tried to follow another threads suggestion to change the homebox settings. "You can change it if you just go to Administration -> Appearance -> Manage display settings -> Homepage settings." However those options are not what I find. I was able to go to "Home » Administration » Structure" and tried to change the setting for "allow only certain roles to access the page". I removed the check box from every role type and it does not change the page view. It also does not seem to save the settings. As when I go back to the homebox/dashboard page I find the setting has returned to a check status.

Hi 61admin,

Hi 61admin, This happens also to user0? Can you go to reports -> recent log messages, just after this message shows up? Best regards

Actually I decided to wipe

Actually I decided to wipe the install and start over. With the memory errors and the truncated php files I suspect I had a failed install. Let me start over with a fresh install and see if the same issues happen. I am uploading the files now and should have something new in about an hour.

Solved

Looks like a complete reinstall fixed the problem. I think I had some corruption during the original upload and config. Thanks for the help.

Hello,

Hello, I have a similar problem. When I am an anonymous user I can't access to the Website's pages. The message "Access denied" appears. However, when I go to the following URL: http://nomdedomaine.local/?q=user . The page is displayed. I clear the cache and rebuilt permissions but nothing works. The recent log reports that : access denied 03/11/2014 - 15:50 dashboard Anonymous (non vérifié) acces denied 03/11/2014 - 15:49 dashboard Anonymous (non vérifié) user 03/11/2014 - 15:49 Session closed for admin. admin acces denied 03/11/2014 - 15:47 dashboard Anonymous (non vérifié) php 03/11/2014 - 15:45 Notice : Undefined offset: 3 dans homebox_build() ... admin php 03/11/2014 - 15:45 Notice : Undefined offset: 2 dans homebox_build() ... admin php 03/11/2014 - 15:45 Notice : Undefined offset: 1 dans homebox_build() ... admin user 03/11/2014 - 15:42 Session open for admin. admin Can you help me ? Hi stephanie,

Hi stephanie, This is normal behavior, by default we restrict anonymous users from being able to view content. You can change these permissions.
stephanie

Yes, but the problem is that

Yes, but the problem is that when I go to the home page of the site I do not see the login form. I see the message "Access Denied". Is this normal?

OK i have solved for nginx

OK i have solved for nginx users you must set off this directive in vhost fastcgi_intercept_errors off; for example this is the originale location @php { try_files $uri =404; include /etc/nginx/fastcgi_params; fastcgi_pass 127.0.0.1:9010; fastcgi_index index.php; fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME $document_root$fastcgi_script_name; fastcgi_intercept_errors on; } you must set this fastcgi_intercept_errors off;

Access Denied when attempting to create a lesson

Hi, I have tried to create a new lesson and all I can get is a display with a screen title "access denied" Context : - In a course in edit mode, clicked the lesson box - Fresh install of version 1.25 - I fixed issues in Homebox source codes ( array / "[" issue with PHP v 5.3.8) but finally the install process worked fine all the way through. - I am a new user of Drupal and Opigno - logged in as administrator with all possible admin rights Errors in the log, related to my action : - Most recent : node/4/quizzes -> (this was a warning but the message isn't formatted the same) - Second most : Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in opigno_statistics_group_insert() (line 376 of /home/ascen6/public_html/profiles/opigno_lms/modules/opigno/opigno_statistics_app/opigno_statistics_app.module). - Third most : Notice: Undefined index: und in opigno_statistics_group_insert() (line 376 of /home/ascen6/public_html/profiles/opigno_lms/modules/opigno/opigno_statistics_app/opigno_statistics_app.module). - 4th most : Notice: Undefined index: #title in platon_form_alter() (line 598 of /home/ascen6/public_html/profiles/opigno_lms/themes/platon/template.php). Would be great to evaluate the tool and complete a demo to my team mates trainers Thanks in advance for your support, Franck
