help, about, review is programmed

There is no menu/admin for , therefore the only way to change help, about, review is programmaticaly. Don't want users having links to Capterra to review Opigno, for example. This should be a configurable menu, but since the same issue is in 2.x/3.x, only worse now with a cheesy web software review, that this is intentionally non-administrable for some reason.
