Unable to access In House Taring content after subscription of IHT related course?

Hi, I am Unable to access In House Taring content(IHT) after subscription of IHT related courses, I'm getting below error I have registered as a student and my account is active state, and i have also subscribed course and related IHT also after clicking Poll,In House Taring in Tools section getting below error,so where i can give permission to this tools? "You are not authorized to access this page". Please Advice Thanks,
