I'm just new in opigno and i have a problem in the header section well adding background color is fine but i want to add a small image of a person with a background of sky and airplane and will be positioned on the right side of the header but not beforethe register , login, search section

In this case you should maybe edit the template file in /profiles/opigno_lms/themes/platon/templates/platon--header.tpl.php
And then adapt the css
