I use the version1.23 , there is a problem that i can't solve , I need your help !
The block only display for admin role when i add a block in the footer region which is visible for every role .
can anyone tell me some message how to solve this problem ? many thanks
the default theme is complex or strange or non-standard when i look into the code , sorry , my god !
