"Auto update max score" is not working

Dear all We are use Opigno LMS 1.17.0 and try to insert SCORM Package build with Adobe Captivate version 2004 3th, everything work perfect except when we want to use option "Auto update max score". Can someone have same problem and solution why is not working "Auto update max score"? B.R. Jordan
