User Registration by email and mobile number

Hello, I would like to modify the user registration form. I need two functionalities: 1) user name is the user email. 2) I want to send a text message to verify user mobile number (extra field added to the form). which files I should target to do the change.

Hi, For your first point, Id say you might be looking at: https://www.drupal.org/project/email_registration and for your second point this would probably be custom with a third party SMS service.
