Theme Appearance Settings missing Color Scheme

I am attempting to style my Opigno site. Based on the user manual, there should be a color scheme option available in the theme's appearance settings. It is absent on my website. How do I get access to the color scheme? Here is a screenshot illustrating the problem: http://imgur.com/edit
