Colloborative workspace (free version) - Unable to create users

Hi Team, we are implementing drupal opigno as LMS and trying to use colloborative workspace free version(we are using the opigno v7.x-1.18(july release). When we try to create a user profile, we keep getting the below error : The user will be blocked. Try again by unblocking this user Error while getting the user information from moxtra servers. Is there are any version dependencies apart from the ones listed below ? I am planning to use the free version for all users. Free version with limited capabilities: Opigno collaborative solutions rely on an online service, requiring paid subscription. A free version is available with the following limitations: Search and browse messages from the past 3 months 5 GB of content storage 5Mb per file 1 to 1 HD Video Meetings 20 minutes per meeting

Hello

Did you install Opigno LMS distribution or just Opigno module (you mention the version 1.18 of Opigno module).

If you installed Opigno module there are several dependencies for the live meeting feature, that you will have to manually install.

Could you provide us your Moxtra organization ID, so that we can investigate ?

Hi Axel, Thank you for your help. We are using the complete open source version of OPIGNO LMS. The Moxtra Org ID : PYK1vheUlbBBw2ukoODWmUB Also we were getting errors not only while creating new users but also I creating a collbrative workspace. opigno_collaborative_workspaces_add_users: Error while contacting the Moxtra server. $response: stdClass Object ( [http_code] => 404 ) Also, when we delete user from Admin panel, we are getting the below error : opigno_collaborative_workspaces_add_users: Error while contacting the Moxtra server. $response: stdClass Object ( [http_code] => 400 [message] => invitee unique id 430 not valid [code] => RESPONSE_ERROR_INVALID_REQUEST ) Collabrative workspace and user creation, deletion not woking. We have installed the complete opigno module (https://www.drupal.org/project/opigno) with opigno moxtra app, opigno live meetings. Kindly do the needful and please let us know if we have an upper limit to the number of users for colloborative workspace when using free version / any other limitations. Thank you, Shan.

Hi,

Do you have any firewall in your installation that can stop the request to the Opigno servers ? When you try to create/update/delete a user, it sends a request to opigno.org so it must be open in your firewall.

And you have a  limitation to 10 users using the free version of Moxtra Live Meetings. That's why your users are blocked, because you reached this limitation.
