Auto-add imported questions to Quiz

Hi all, can anyone tell me how I might use RULES so automatically add imported questions to a Quiz? I want to avoid visiting the "Manage Questions" page and then the "Browse for questions to add" to manually add the questions. It can get very impractical for a very large number of questions.

Hi James, No, not to import the same questions repeatedly. I expressed my question badly. I'm looking for a means to automate my Quiz with newly imported questions of a FeedImport directly attached to the Quiz node. For the existing questions, I'm hoping the questions just get updated rather than re-imported and re-created.
