Dear administrator, dear All, I had the elearning site prepared with data, users, views, translations, classes, lessons and blocks properly defined. Due to a system restoration point that had to do in the computer this site that was created and working very well, with translated commands and fully customized is not working anymore. I can not access the intial page, it gives me the error "this site is not available, please try later". But if try to login using localhost/elearning/user then it presents everything I created, including the menus in Portuguese. The prblem is that when I click every command in the menu it gives me the same page saying the error "this site is not available, please try later". Can you please give me any help on this and state your opinion on how can I recover the data and integrity even if I try to produce a new site (am already trying to do). Thank you very much!!!

Hi clients

Hi clients Can you please clarify what you mean by "Due to a system restoration point that had to do in the computer this site that was created and working very well, with translated commands and fully customized is not working anymore"? First thing to check would be to go to admin/reports/dblog. I think you wont be able to find anything there because of the type of message it seems to be a webserver problem (apache). DNS problem maybe? Can you check your apache log? To recover opigno, you need the database as well as the opigno folder. Best regards

I have the database and also the folder Do I try to do an install.php ?
James Aparicio

Hi clients,

Hi clients, Create a new folder called elearningbackup for example and copy the site content of the backed upsite there. Create also a new db with your backed up db. Then inside elearningbackup/sites/default you have a settings.php. Change the database to the one you just created. Best regards

Problem is in database !!!

OK I checked the database and these tables have the name there but don't exist (#1146 Table "..."I doesn't exist) and I don't know why: cache cache_admin_menu cache_blok cache_entity (both) cache_field cache_image cache_filter Can this be rebuilt? The others are there
James Aparicio

Hi cients?

Hi cients What do you mean by "have the name but don't exist"? Those tables do not exist in the database? Those tables can be emptied. Try going to the opigno icon on the top admin bar and run "Flush all caches". Best regards
cients

And run install.php?

Shall I run install.php? Because when I run the site localhost/elearning, starts an error messages related to the database...
James Aparicio

No, you should not run

No, you should not run install.php, what i described should be enough. The install should only be done once, never again.
cients

Can't...

The name of the tables are there. But when I try to open with a click it gives the error "#1146 Table doesn't exist" within a red box. I tryed with other databases and the tables exist (even with a new opigno installation). I enter with localhost/elearning/user But when I try to run any of the menu commands like "Flush all caches" or "structure" or "administration" it gives me the initial error... "site can not be accessed"
James Aparicio

You mean in phpmyadmin?

Translations already done

I am starting with a new site (just in case I can't recover the prepared old one). I translated lots of strings within the menus that are not in the Portuguese translated files ready on the Drupal download. Can you please tell me which are the files that recorded those translations?
James Aparicio

Hi clients

Hi clients The tables are locales_source and locales_target. Best regards
James Aparicio

Once you have everything

Once you have everything sorted out, can you please contribute to the languages? https://www.opigno.org/en/forum/translations/translation-pt Best regards

No, when I try to start the

No, when I try to start the site using http://localhost/elearning/ it gives immediately the error "can not access site, please try again later". If I change to http://localhost/elearning/user I can login and can access the menus (all of them) including "strucuture" ""Apps" "modules" and so on... The problem is that when I click in one of them from the top menu, it gives me the error page "can not access site, please try again later". But instead of the top menu if I click in a course or a lesson, I can access the course data and lesson data. But if I try to "administer" anything in which I have to use any of the administration commands, give me the same error...
James Aparicio

Try going to phpmyadmin and

Try going to phpmyadmin and emtpy all the cache tables. Best regards
cients

Thank you!!!

Yeah, for sure I will contribute. Thank you very much for your concern about this subject.

I exported the tables you mentioned but the values of the fields are in numeric aspect. How can I see the text? Thanks, best regards, LN

Hi cients,

Hi cients, They are mapped from english in one table to other languages in the other table. And they are serialized. What do you want to do exactly? http://www.php.net/manual/pt_BR/function.unserialize.php Best regards
